Die Zimmer sind schön und geräumig mit einem großen Balkon, man fühlt sich wohl! Das Frühstück hat mir sehr gefallen, große Auswahl..Positiv möchte ich den sehr schönen Wellnes Bereich erwähnen, ich konnte hier sehr gut abschalten, es gab auch Getränke und Nüsse dort! Top

An einigen Stellen hingen Spinnweben herunter für ein Sternehotel sollte das nicht sein! Beim Frühstück werden wohl Tische nach Zimmer Nummern vergeben, wir hatten zwei mal kein Tisch und meist war der „Kollege“ schuld - es wurde dann spontan ein freier Tisch zugewiesen! Die Matratze vom Bett war leider schon sehr eingelegen..

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem tollen kleinen Wellnessbereich. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden und das Personal ist generell freundlich und zuvorkommend gewesen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut gewesen.

It's a very clean hotel, the food was quite good and the property is in a quiet location with really easy access to the train that takes you up and down the valley.

The advertising for the property is a bit misleading. The traditional Tyrol restaurant, which is what the property is best known for, is not available to hotel guests. Hotel guests instead must eat at the much more modern restaurant, which is still quite nice, but not the rustic Austrian Alps atmosphere we were hoping for. Also, only a few rooms have the stunning mountain and valley views that are in all of the pictures. Despite paying $300/night for a Junior Suite, our room faced the other direction and had a view of a parking lot. Finally, you should probably be aware that the staff speaks very little English (and the manager spoke no English). Typically this wouldn't be a problem and would add to the cultural experience, but it presented some serious challenges like when we were asked to pay via international wire transfer when checking out because their credit card processor wasn't working...
