The room was comfortable. The bed was soft.
Hard to find a car park close to the room. Had to park out on the road. No PowerPoint next to the bed for my sleep apnoea machine.

There is a lot of good to say about the resort. Room size ok comfortable bed - clean. lovely pools plenty of gardens that are well maintained. Good sporting facilities. Bar and restaurant good.
The rooms are tired and outdated. Chipped and cracked tiles in bathroom, mirror edges crazed, tap wear old, cistern old but clean. Air con top rusted.

We have stayed here the last 4 years as our kids are in the ice hockey tournament held at big banana and have loved it every year. We really enjoy the closeness to the ice rink and the facilities the property offers.
This was the first year our room was in the terrace area up near the university. It wasn’t great. We had to carry hockey equipment up 6 flights of stairs. These rooms seemed very isolated from the property. Unfortunately we are unsure if we will book here again next year. We couldn’t check in until 2:45 as the rooms weren’t ready. Online it says 2pm.
