Location was very good. Just a 5-minute walk to the Colosseum and Metro station. Room was quiet at night. A few places to eat nearby and safely lit at night. Towels were soft. Bed was comfortable.

The shower stall is EXTREMELY small and if you're a larger person, forget it! You'll never fit into it. The photos do NOT show the bathroom very well. It is very small. So small that turning around in the shower is not easy. If you have mobility issues, then this is not the room for you. Plenty of hot water. Sink and toilet are okay. The "LANDMARK VIEW" is very misleading. You are looking out into a street. You really can't see the Colosseum from the window. The small refrigerator in the room did not work at all and wasn't cold when I arrived. In fact, it wasn't plugged in and then when plugged in didn't work. Host told me that it was for storage only and I could use the refrigerator in the hallway. What?? Storage?? Why advertise a refrigerator in the room if it doesn't work?? One small roll of toilet paper in the room. The TV in the room was as small as an iPad...that is not an exaggeration. It's pretty funny, actually.

The convenience near a major site - the Colosseum. Easy to get around from here to any point in the area.

As easy it is to get to anywhere, it still required a lot of walking so be prepared.

Lokalizacja -dosłownie obok Koloseum. Minutkę dalej stacja metra. Obok przystanek autobusowy. Czystość- w pokoju czyściusieńko. Codziennie dokładany papier toaletowy. Sprawny kontakt z właścicielem. Dostęp do czajnika, kawy, herbaty czy kieliszków przez cały czas. Śniadanie typowo włoskie, na słodko. Ale w lodówce były jajka na twardo, szynka i ser oraz mleko i dwa smaki soków. Pokoik śniadaniowy również bardzo czysty.

Bardzo głośne urządzenie w toalecie (rozdrabniacz?). Każde spłukanie wody w WC było słyszane chyba w całym budynku. Bardzo niebezpieczny stopień przy prysznicu. Wąski i śliski. Sam prysznic też maleńki (80cmx80cm). Brak lodówki w pokoju.

Location was great and the Host did an excellent job communicating with us regarding check in.

This may not bother others, but the bed was so hard it made our arms go numb (we are side sleepers). And the tiny shower is on a two step platform, no grab bar, with a very narrow sliding opening. It is not suitable for larger people or those with mobility/balance issues. This is like a dorm room on a narrow hallway with a self-serve, minimal breakfast room at the end. WiFi only worked while standing in the hallway.
