It is an incredible setting! Fantastic views overlooking Vernazza. Very comfortable room with very comfy bed. Ideally located for everything in town and the hiking trail. It sits right above the train station but we found it so well insulated that the trains did not bother us at all.
The only thing I can think of is if you like to leave your windows open at night you might not like the train noise and possibly the mosquitoes since there are no screens, but during the early evening when we were there we loved having them open.
