Clean, functional, nr metro
Could improve on the quality of toilet paper (2 ply or less). Breakfast not of high quality.

Location, staff is super nice, breakfast
It was not really clean, the room was hyper humid and there was mold in the shower. The bed linen was “wet” due to the humidity. There were so many parasite lights in the room.

I just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful service, especially to the laid with glasses who was at reception. I am sorry, I forgot her name.
She was so nice and friendly, especially when I was telling her about my experience in South Korea. She recommended a tour for me, and it was absolutely amazing!
I really appreciate her kindness and recommendation. Thank you again.

Very good location and easily accessible
I was given a room 603 where there was mould in the aircon, walls were stained and the inside of the pillows had terrible sweat and grease stains. I had to complain to get new clean pillows. I also found a cockroach first night and killed it on my own with no spray.
