Beyond our expectations - and we have been to + - twenty game lodges over past fifteen years.
Excellent location, comfortable and well equipped cottage, wonderful water hole, brilliant duty manager and his team, great ranger/ guide (David) and ( spoiler alert)... various evening events.
They organised transfers and handled my low carb / vegetarian diet better than a couple very grand Sabi Sands' lodges.
Highly recommended. We will return in 2027.
liked everything but disappointed that Receptionist "Linda" , who was very helpful, isn't there. Maybe she is an AI robot 😉😂

Beautiful room, landscaping, and lodge. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food was wonderful and plentiful. Our game guide Devine was the best; he was friendly, an amazing spotter, and explained all about the animals and their habits and landscape.
The lighting in house 4 was beautiful for relaxing, but difficult to see in the dressing area and inside your suitcases. Also difficult to put on makeup and shave because of the low lighting by the sinks.
Also would have liked twice as many hangers

Simplesmente maravilhosa, ambiente agradável, limpo e o cuidado com os detalhes impressiona. Eles cuidam desde a preparação da cama antes de vc dormir até a abertura das janelas quando o sol nasce.

Upon arrival, we were surprised with the news that we would be the only guests for our first night and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special one. The food was great and the hosts were just wonderful. The game drives did not disappoint either. We had a very special encounter with lots of elephants on our first drive and saw giraffes and hippos (albeit submerged) too. On following drives we added hyenas and rhinos as well as kudus, impalas and other antilopes to the list as well.
Unfortunately, we only had a very brief encounter with one male lion and did not see any other cats there. This is probably due to the season (we were there in April) but also the region. Areas like Sabi Sand further south have a lot more cats but accomodation is a lot more expensive there, too.
