100% sprawdzonych opinii7 / 10Dobry·sie 2026
Location is good and the lobby hall is welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful and front desk staff was all helpful.
I found the room lighting not convenient and my room Aircon didn’t work properly for 3 out of 4-night stay. My family experience with the food at the restaurant at 4th floor is not positive. The food seemed not fresh as we expected from a 5-star restaurant.

Staff was all lovely and did their outmost to please, although their English is still not good.
I really liked everything about the hotel!

The location and breakfast is great!
We booked two rooms under one booking but split into different floors initially. It took me two hours to negotiate with the front of house to move us into the same floor. The room is clean but furniture and facilities are not as good as other hotels I have been staying.
