The property is well located, clean, and have all facilities we need to feel well at home. I strongly recommend this place. The host is very kindly and it was a great time at Firenze for us.
The property is a historic building and has all the facilities we need. It is well located and near of market, restaurants, and other stores. It has a great structure with everything new.

Loved staying in Vincent apartment. Great spot. Easy walk to all the sites. Apartment had everything you needed. Great washing machine. Air conditioning worked well.
Got a little lost on trying to find apartment. So got to see all the sites before we arrived😁 I needed better contact with host to double check location.

Alberto and whole team presented the apartment in excellent condition. Alberto showed us around and handed the keys. Very good , well furnished apartment. Convinietly located near amenities.
It’s on the second floor without elevator so carrying our suitcases was a Herculean task. Not suitable for old aged people or assisted mobility.

Very well situated. It is in the center of Florence. The building is very old. 4th floor, but there is an elevator. The furniture is old, chairs are old, table is old, etc. except the main bed, air conditioning, and windows which are noise cancelled (thank goodness, there is a lot of noise in the streets). All the building is apartments.. Alberto is nice, but when you book you don’t know that he will try to charge you 40 euros if you get to the apartment after 20:00. Besides that, he will charge you 6 euros per person, and per day supposedly to pay for a tax to the Council, no receipt obtained on his part.
Furniture old, mainly. The host, Alberto is nice, but when you book you don’t know that he will try to charge you 40 euros if you get to the apartment after 20:00. Besides that, he will charge you 6 euros per person, and per day supposedly to pay for a tax to the Council, no receipt obtained on his part. Time of departure is 10:00 am, which is very early from my point of view.
