Holiday Inn Mauritius Mon Trésor by IHG

Airport to hotel shuttle was spot-on time and quick. Had to load and wheel own luggage into lobby. Check-in was painless. Drinks, as in any Mauritian hotel, were expensive but well served. Bar area restaurant is quite bland but functional. Two bell boys helped with luggage to room. Room, as expected, nice, spacious functional with two large bottles of chilled water and amenities as expected. Everything worked and complementary instant coffee was quite good. Breakfast coffee was good. Luggage service was on time and check-out was quick.

Have charging docks/power outlets on both sides of bed. AC extremely noisy. Breakfast was "OK" but I will not again pay the price charged for it.

We arrived very early, and were greeted warmly by the staff. They arranged early check in and, after a welcome juice, were told the beach club shuttle would be leaving at 09:00. We took advantage of this although we didn’t expect much. How wrong we were! A fantastic private beach club with great food and drinks. Returning to the hotel after a full day relaxing, we enjoyed a great value buffet dinner and slept like babies.

Nothing! Far exceeded our expectations for an airport hotel, only 3 mins from the airport and 20 from the beach, with free shuttles to both.

Too many times we had to complain about room problems
