This is the second time I visited the hotel, the first being with my parents. The suites were spacious, clean and pretty. It was comfortable for older parents as well. The staff was always available to help me navigate the new town.

We enjoyed Mary's help in organising activities and transport, that took the load off our shoulders. His help made that stay very smooth!
The hotel is very clean and the rooms we were allocated were spacious and comfortable. Staying here was a great introduction to the local stone architecture in the style of the old havelis.

I did like the size of the rooms and the fact it has a heritage feel.
We were not informed upfront that breakfast is not part of the package and we had booked thinking it’s included. The staff didn’t clarify this and were also not very professional in the way they handled our last day at the hotel.
