Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the parking attendant. The hotel is also located on the main artery so it's in a good location. Rooms are also very clean.
This is an aging hotel and the Haviland group needs to put some money back into maintenance and renovations. The ACs in two rooms were barely working and another did even less. The company also has staff offices here and this means wait times for the two elevators was close to 15 minutes for peak hours.

Location was good. Room was clean and quiet
TV did not work. This was the only hotel on this trip that did not have coffee in the room.

It is cheap and close to dragon bridge ,the staffs are great and the ladies in the front desk are accommodating,specially the guy who always give us tea water when we sit in the lobby his name is LÊ ĐỨC TỚI he helped us on our luggage always gives us coffee and helped us to use the things like microwave in their lobby
The air conditioning is so old it take up to 30mins to make the small room cool ,and you don’t have a trash can to put the trash
