Very good location inside the walled old town of Zadar. Close to bus stop to and from bus terminal. Very good communication w Andrea the owner

5 / 10·lip 2025
The room was cleaned very well. The landlord was polite and provided necessary information, such as luggage storage.
1) The Wi-Fi signal is weak. It takes more than 8 hours to upload 50 photos taken with an iPhone to iCloud. This may be due to the location. The mobile communication signal is also the lowest level of LTE.
2) The shower room is too small and slippery, and the sewer is clogged. The bathroom lacks hand towels
3) Using a kettle is dangerous, it has no lid and does not shut off automatically
4) The corridor carpet has a strong odor. The stairs are narrow and high, not suitable for guests with large luggage
