Beautiful updated property. One story, open concept. Screened porch with nice view. Everything you need for a great vacation. One hiccup at beginning of trip was solved immediately by property manager with great solution. I will definitely stay here again!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Shady Palms is in a great location with an easy twelve minute walk to the beach, however, the unit is old and needs updating. The furniture was comfortable but dated. The master bed was also comfortable. Most of the blinds in the house were not working and badly need replaced. The kitchen was sorely lacking in basic supplies. The property management company was very accommodating and provided us with a grill, blender and other necessities. The ice maker didn’t work, the handle on the microwave was broken, tubs and showers old and stained, carpet was very stained, it needs a lot of attention.
