The staff was outstanding. Especially Amy on Sunday. The rooms were comfortable. The decoration of the restaurant was very modern. Really liked it.

Good location for our London visit. The room was clean and comfortable. We particularly liked the swimming pool and the gym, which were very convenient and easy to access by lift directly next to the gym and swimming pool area.

The TV was very outdated and did not have Netflix or YouTube. The screen-mirroring function was available on the TV but did not work. We mentioned this to reception and were told that the problem affected the whole building and was considered only a minor issue. However, we feel this should have been clearly stated on the hotel website before booking, as having access to streaming or screen mirroring is important to us. We had to use our mobile phones for entertainment during the evenings. The bathroom lighting was also disappointing. Because of the glass design, turning on the bathroom light brightly illuminated the entire bedroom, which could wake up my partner. In addition, the mirror light was not working, making it difficult for my wife to use the mirror properly.

I liked the service staff did their best to help Bed was very comfortable nicectgat tea coffee msking on a higher level milk and water in fridge was good. Good lighting in hotel room. Nice that they had snacks drinks available upon arrival. Food was OK nothing amazing but not bad. Breakfast had a good selection and service was good.

The system for running gym and pool area was dreadful. No one was there to meet greet and help keep everything running smoothly. I noticed hotel guests getting confused between hotel key cards and pool key cards. You had to physically go to reception to get a card key to gain access..The reception team said it was because the pool got busy but they did not control numbers really but in their defence understandably its difficult when families have children so i would suggest clarity and maybe a new system it may be best to recommend for those who want a quiet space for swimming: either a very early swim in the morning or a very late swim at night for adults on their own without children. I'd also suggest implementation of cost for guests to hire different sizes of towelling robes but to give free slippers for guests from a hygiene point of view.
