Big spacious living spaces and heated pool.
Big spacious living spaces but kids room is small, showers great but taps leak, gym no water from bubbler, pizza very average, Wyndham presentation had machine coffee and stale cupcakes when pastries were supposed to be provided.

The large unit style rooms were a bonus
Definitely needs another lift. Always competing with service staff and their carts for the one lift. When it broke down the three storey fire stairs to ground floor and back on crutches reinforced the issue.
The in house Henries restaurant not recommended. One hour wait for the night’s special, a pasta marinara in a white sauce, was not rewarded. You can overdo the fennel. I’m pretty tolerant but was also very hungry.

The staff were warm and friendly upon arrival and the check-in process was enjoyable.
The elevator and walkways to the rooms were damaged, wet and dirty.
There was also only one elevator and the wait to use it was long.
The bathroom in the room was very dated and the lighting disturbed were rusty.
The balcony was dirty and covered in dust bird poo.
Bbq facilities were advertised to have utensils for use but they did not.
