Cheng Ho Hotel

The location was the best part of our stay! It was within walking distance of several popular tourist attractions in Melaka, making it convenient to explore the area without needing to travel far. The location was definitely a plus point for our 2-night stay.

Unfortunately, the room cleanliness was very disappointing. The room was extremely dusty, including the table, TV, and floor. There were also too many mosquitoes in the room, and the bathroom towel had visible stains. The dust was so bad that it triggered my partner's asthma and caused breathing difficulties, requiring him to use a nebulizer on the very same day. This was a distressing experience and a serious concern for our comfort and well-being. I hope the hotel management will improve the housekeeping standards, ensure proper dust removal, provide clean towels, and address the mosquito problem for future guests.

Close to tourist spots and eateries. Quiet and parking for guests is available.

Room door access card slot should be replaced as well as toilet doors and toilet bowl and seats.
