Came for the Eagles game (Go Birds!) and had an excellent time! Great space in a great location. I was not expecting the check in to be in a pub, which was confusing and overwhelming, but once I got past that it was a great experience. Would definitely stay at again. Thank you!
Check in being in the bar

Great location just in front of Waterloo station and the guest discount in the pub.

The welcoming staff was great. It wasn't obvious for me where the entrance was (it's also a pub) but someone came and she explained everything to me.
Breakfast was also great.
Being tall, it's not easy to pass the doors (my head hit twice the doors). Maybe put a sign ;-)

Location
Rooms run down, shower barely working, train noise over night was horrendous. Got very little sleep. Food was also poor especially dinner.
