Very friendly check in, good location near the centre, good breakfast and the best shower hot and with great water pressure - needed after the Huayhuash trek!

Wonderful staff. Very clean, secure and quiet. The luggage storage while trekking was a bonus.
The property was fantastic.

Breakfast was nice, different choices and a great view from the terrace.
The staff was sweet, helped us store our luggage until very late at night.
Bed was not comfy at all. Mattress was hard.
The four nights we stayed there was a lot of noise from outside (parties, openings, fireworks) we barely slept.

The staff was very friendly, location was close to the main area. Able to store luggage while we went on multi day hikes.
Many problems during the stay, such as no hot water, toilet flush not working, and no water on one of the nights. Breakfast was repetitive. The rooms were quite cold at night.
