Hotel Gran Canaria Princess - Adults Only

The service was wonderful. The staff is always smiling and genuinely helpful, and the housekeeping team is extremely friendly as well.

I don't have many complaints except that there is no air conditioning in the lobby, which is completely crazy to me for a hotel on such a hot island. You want to step into the lobby to get a cold breeze, but instead, you get a sauna. Additionally, the elevator situation was pretty bad—missing buttons and long wait times every single time you needed one.

Clean, comfortable and well maintained

Good food, good entertainment, good drinks, clean rooms, adults only, water bottle facilities.

The only criticism I have is that I found some of the staff to be quite rude, particularly some of the reception team, who could have been more polite. I accidentally left a room card in my room, and when I went to reception the staff member seemed annoyed and made a point of saying he would have to cancel all the cards. His tone made it clear he wasn’t happy about it. When we checked out, there was no “thank you” and they didn’t even ask how our stay had been. I also asked for a luggage room key, and the first thing I was told was that they would need it straight back!! again, not said in a polite or friendly way. Overall, the lack of courtesy from some of the reception staff really let the experience down.

The property was nice, room wasn’t very clean and the fridge door wouldn’t shut but luckily I was only there a few days

Bed was ok, pillows not great but I guess that’s personal preference, fridge wouldn’t shut so nothing stayed cold
