Low pressure of the water in the shower.

I arrived late but the check in instructions were very clear. Clean and tidy apartment, comfy beds and good aircon in bedrooms. It's basic but just what you need as a base when you're out and about. Tea and coffee was provided and they even had decaff which is something you rarely find. Overall a good experience and I would definitely stay here again.
Not the hotel's fault but there were street works happening on the street below and they started working at about 7.45 on a Saturday morning. Also, living room aircon was not very effective.

Good location, enough room
The photos are way nicer than what it actually looks like in real life. The apartments are not bad, but definitely not as nice as they look in the photos

The apartment is nice and clean. Water pressure was excellent and really hot when you boost it.
The location was weird, the thing of leaving the keys in another hotel for you to be able to do the check-in must changed, specially when there's no communication (they gave us the wrong keys of another apartment that was booked and we needed to go back again, embarrassing in my opinion as there were people inside the wrong apartment )
Lockbox will be great
