Nice Hotel , great location close to the main city and the river. Lovely, polite accommodating staff, great breakfast. Rooms basic but lovely shower. Would book again!

Everyone was helpful from the moment I arrived. They answered my questions, helped when I needed something, and made everything feel easy. The free pick-up from the city bus station was also a really useful service.

What a nice stay at the hotel. There are many great place to visit. After spending the whole day visiting the temples, it was nice to come back somewhere comfortable. The staff were always welcoming and helpful. I also enjoyed going to Phare Circus in the evening the acting and performances were really impressive.

We had a mixed experience staying here. The cocktails were excellent, the pool area was lovely, and the location was ideal for us—close enough to the centre to reach everything with a short tuk-tuk ride, while still being a little quieter.

There were a huge number of mosquitoes in our room when we arrived, and when housekeeping cleaned, even more seemed to get in, to the point where we stopped having the room serviced. We also encountered multiple insects every day not only in the bathroom but mostly in the bedroom, including cockroaches and crickets, which made us reluctant to walk barefoot or leave belongings on the floor. There were so many mosquitos we requested a fan from reception to keep them away from our faces while we slept. The rooms themselves felt quite dark. The balcony windows were blacked out, and the windows on the opposite side faced the corridor, so there wasn’t much natural light or a sense of privacy. The pool was nice and well maintained, but there was virtually no shade or shelter around it, meaning it became uncomfortable to use for long periods during the hottest parts of the day. Overall, there were some things we really enjoyed, but the insect issues and dark rooms significantly impacted our experience.
