It was clean, new, fantastic location and a host that wants to make sure you get the most of your trip to Split
A bit small. I was solo, I can imagine it would be cramped for two people

Location was less than 10 minutes from the Palace, ferry port, bus terminal and walking distance to the beach. The apartments are very clean and comfortable.
Wasn't an issue for us but the stairs to the bedroom are fairly steep and may be an issue for an elderly person.

It was an apartment I urgently found, and I was surprised by how clean and well-equipped the facilities were.
The location is excellent, being about a 5-minute walk from the bus terminal and about a 5-minute walk from the old city center.
And the host is incredibly friendly (detailed location guidance before arrival, information on old town tourist attractions, and even helps with luggage transfer).
