The host was very helpful, the apartment was lovely, the position of the compound is amazing walking distance to one of our favourite places London Bridge. The Barcode restaurant is amazing again within walking distance. I would def recommend to book this place.
I liked everything

I loved how perfect the location was & the complex itself was perfect for a stay as a couple or with children
There was nothing to not like

The accommodation was very clean, and the host was friendly, welcoming, helpful, and very accommodating. We felt very welcome throughout our stay and never felt left alone or without support. The location was also very good. The staff at Aldau Heights were extremely friendly and helpful as well.
There was honestly nothing to complain about. The Wi-Fi did not work for a short period during the last one or two days of our stay, but it was working again afterwards. Apart from that, everything was great.

No staff support.no info,no welcome paperwork.depended on local security .couldn't access property ,no communal lighting. No WiFi info.Property needed a good clean(which we did ourselves)very difficult to operate hob.no instructions. Not offered pass key to internal doors leading to shops etc downstairs.A real struggle all round.balcony smelly (cats hanging around.)
