Leonardo Plaza Cypria Maris Beach Hotel & Spa

The location of the resort, right at beachside. The beautiful hotel property and walking paths. The cleanliness of the hotel and very friendly and caring staff. The outdoor and indoor pools and hotel lobby. Always somewhere nice to just sit and enjoy the nice atmosphere. Would easily return again.

Less of a dislike more confusion we brought our dog with us and on their site they say how they offer dog bowels and stuff for the dog in their dog friendly rooms and I just simply didn’t see the options for the dog friendly rooms might of just simply be the site I booked the hotel on either way they still happily accommodated us and we all left very happy and relaxed hopefully we will get the chance to come here again in the future

I think the service wasn’t special. We had a premium package but wasn’t told about our extra access. They have an extra breakfast room which was very basic I wouldn’t recommend it. We also was suppose to have extra discount in the Spa and she told me its already applied to the menu but it’s impossible because my friend from hotel next door also paid same price. And usually if it’s discounted it doesn’t show the price. For Those not premium they can not get bottled water which I find crazy. Luckily we could but when we went to the buffet they told us we could kit get it and had to go put the restaurant to the bar. Also there are other restaurants on site. I had called from my room three times to book since the online booking system was not working. I stayed one week and couldn’t get any reservation and i asked to speak to the lady in charge and never once got a call back after I was promised so for the whole 7 days our only option was the buffet which is not very good in my opinion. The room was ok clean basic and pool and beach was nice. Location is fine if you like walking. I do believe hotel guests should get the option to eat at the restaurants and also be advised more on the facilities available.
