- good location, direct bus from the airport, good connection with main tourist attraction
- very nice and helpful staff
- good breakfast, with fair mix of international & local options
- there was no light switch, nor the electric socket, close to the bed
- the bath&shower ate constructed in a way that the whole bathroom is flooded after one shower
- even though the room isn’t small, there was no convenient place to store the open suitcase

Location was good, near the palace. Double bed was massive. Bathroom was large.
With a massive double bed and a single bed room was too tiny. Couldn’t get to fridge or clothes storage easily but only there one night so didn’t really matter.
Breakfast looked like it would be good but only adequate.

The mayplace hotel is clean and well designed, the rooms are reasonably spacious and pretty.
The true gem of the hotel, however, is Jay at the reception desk! He was lovely and charming from the first second, incredibly helpful whenever we had a question and overall a very kind person!

Suite bed and size was very comfy
Standard room bed was very uncomfortable, and it was only slightly cheaper than the suite
