The room was clean and comfortable. It’s in a good position in the town. Near to a bus stop and also a car park very close if you’ve hired a car. The breakfast is really good and freshly cooked. The two staff members are very friendly and helpful. We will certainly be back for another stay.

Very nice place to stay on the island, it is a typical English house with wood on the walls and fitted carpet on the floor, we enjoyed it very much, friendly Owners, we felt well cared for. Tasty, big portions of scrambled eggs for breakfast, nice localisation, everything within walking distance - we enjoyed staying there very much - thanx :)

The overall experience was good, as stated elsewhere the guest house is very dated but the appearance is clean and staff service the rooms daily. Breakfast was very good with a great selection on offer and included in the cost to stay so you can't go wrong. The guest house is in a very good location as buses run from both ends of the road into town and you have the beach on your doorstep. The area is very quiet and seems like a decent neighborhood, you didn't feel concerned coming back after dark.
Our room was on the top floor so quite a few stairs to climb which was not enjoyable after a day out and about. A couple of mornings the shower was not so warm, I think the later you get up the hot water has been used by other guests. I didn't find the beds to be that comfortable & the room was quite small for 3 beds but still we managed and for the price what can you expect? Overall if you are on a budget then this is the place for you.
