L’hôte est adorable et nous a organisé toute la randonnée pour effectuer les Gorges du saut du Tigre (que nous avons beaucoup apprécié). L’établissement possède le charme d’une auberge avec ses rencontres et le confort d’un hôtel avec sa chambre privée.

First things first, the host is simply awesome! Flora helped us through every step of our organising the Tiger Leaping Gorge trip (and our Lijiang stay as well).
The room is eccentric, but also comfortable and clean. It's a few minutes from the Ancient Town. Overall, absolutely recommended!

I couldn’t recommend October Inn more. The host, flora, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She has created such a lovely homely environment there! The comfy bed with electric blankets was an added bonus.

The beds were comfy, and the location of the hostel is far removed from the city centre if you're travelling by foot. Staff are pleasant although they did seem slightly unorganised.
The location on Google maps is incorrect. I booked a 6 bed dorm online and when I got there they told me it was fully booked and could instead pay more for a 12 bed dorm. They later agreed to have the 12 bed dorm at the same rate as the 6 - not the bargain I was hoping for.
