Great location to enjoy Korcula. Easy walk to town, has everything for short or long stay and a nice deck.

Great apartment. Clean, comfortable, welcoming. Great view. We had no issues with smell or cleanliness: It was great. Easy access to the water at the bottom of the hill for swimming and lounging on the pier. Lovely view from the window. Kitchenette worked out great for us though some omissions (see below). Pasta in the cupboard left behind from others and there were enough pots and dishes to allow us to make some pasta, enjoy yogurt and fruit at the house for breakfast, etc. Provided laundry detergent, a bucket, and had a place to hang laundry outside to dry, which was all really needed and great at this point in our trip.

It's just a liiiiittle too far from the old town. Road wasn't super busy during shoulder season, but I could see it being a little tough to walk in high season. It took us about 30-35 minutes each way and we're fit/happy to walk. There was no popping back and forth to town and no markets or anything nearby where we were staying. Would have been nice to have a car for this location. A few weird omissions from the apartment: They provided coffee grounds and sugar but no way to make the coffee (we ended up making cowboy coffee and straining it through a paper towel). No shampoo, conditioner, or soap for the shower (though q-tips were provided as well as laundry detergent).

The host and his on-site aunt were helpful and personable. The location was straightforward to find and delightfully positioned overlooking the bay. The comfort and cleanliness were exceptional. Washing up machine good. Cooking arrangements very satisfactory for a simple meal.

No washing machine (but none advertised).

Sehr freundliche, schnelle und entgegenkommende Kommunikation mit Gastgebern (war sehr kulant als die Balkon-Eingangstür während unsereres Aufenthalts defekt war). Tolle, ruhige Lage mit schöner Terasse und kleinem Strand fußläufig erreichbar.

Ebenfalls muffiger und feuchter Geruch beim Betreten des Apartments bemerkbar, v. a. unter der Spüle und aus dem Duschabfluss, wo auch viele kleine Schmetterlingsmücken herumflogen. Wohnung war insgesamt nicht sehr sauber, da überall Spinnweben noch zu finden waren. Küchenutensilien wirken sehr willkürlich zusammengestellt und wenig Verstauflächen zu finden, da die Möbel teilweise bereits beladen sind. Man hört auch leider die Nachbarn in der Küche durch eine einfache Tür hinterm Schrank. Insgesamt für den hohen Preis im Sommer kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften in Kroatien.
