Comfort Inn & Suites Augusta Westside

Location had everything we need.

People who had dogs. We could hear them barking. Also people were not courteous when arriving late and slamming car doors and people arguing.

Large room with comfortable king size bed. Location was good with pub next door and great cafe within walking distance. Supermarket at end of street.

Shower rose dripped. Toilet cistern needed adjusting as it kept running. Car park drainage inadequate as when we walked back from pub next door in the rain and dark, we walked into a huge, deep puddle of water and got our shoes soaked through. There was no light to see the puddle either.

We were family of four room was big enough.

No unlockable windows.

Location good. Locked gate good. Clean refrigerator.

There was no window for fresh air. Given the security the site offers there is no reason to not have windows which allow fresh air. Bathroom is really in need of a clean, particularly the shower . A coat of paint around the bathroom window would be good. I was glad I take my own blankets as those supplied were old, appeared well used and possibly unwashed. This is a complaint I have with other motels, thus the reason I bring my own blankets.
