Close to airport Is at the airport. Airport has a lot of great shops near hotel.
Confusing entry for a taxi driver. Best to not give the hotel’s address. Hotel doesn’t have a real drop off point. Just give taxi driver “Terminal 3” and you as the customer just find your way into the airport

The location is unbeatable for travelers who fly in or out of Haneda T3. The room was more spacious than thought and had a bathtub. It’s relatively quiet though we can still hear next door or guests walking in the hallway,
Nothing much

The hotel was very clean. Beds and pillows very comfortable and there was absolutely no noise from the airport. The room had great amenities and included breakfast. As we were taking a 4am flight, we were able to swap our breakfast voucher for a dinner. Perfect location for airport.

Very clean. Good breakfast. Great location.
I know this is Japan, but room is ridiculously small for a hotel catering to international travelers.
