Location is perfect for peace and quiet. Zero road noise, surrounded by mountains, stream nearby. I found it so relaxing. If its raining, you can watch the animals from the window while reading a book (birds, chickens, cats, sheep, even pheasants). Hosts were lovely, and Robert makes a 5* breakfast. Best breakfast I had this year and they happily accommodated gluten intolerance. 4G and 5G network coverage is poor which worked perfectly for me as I wanted to switch off from work. There is wifi (slower if weather is bad) but you get full signal as soon as you are down the road. Parking is available. The last 2-3minutes of the journey is on a single track road but the passing places are big and I had no issues reversing. I would stay again for sure!

There is a wasp nest nearby and sometimes I could hear them through the wall. It was safe as there is a window on the other side of the room that you can open but It was little strange to hear them if you are not used to all the noises of nature.
