Location for the carnival of flowers was excellent
The bathroom needs modernising and whilst it didn't hamper us sleeping, you could hear everything from the other rooms and outside.

The beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were decent. We checked in slightly early, as room was ready, which we were very appreciative to be able to do. The location was perfect for the carnival of flowers.

The towels were superb - fluffy and soft. Best I've had in a motel situation ever. Similar with the pillows - two heights for each side of the bed. There were 2 comfy arm chairs for easy TV viewing. The people in reception were great. Bubbly and extra helpful.
The toilet and basin in the bathroom need to be replaced. They were filthy due to age. The bathroom was original which was ok. There was some tile damage due to a previous repair but it really was the state of the toilet bowl and the basin. The mirror was also original. There was a fly screen on the window above the fridge however there was no fly screen on the window in the shower area.
