Jardí de Ses Bruixes Boutique Hotel

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the hotel. The rooms are beautiful and incredibly spacious. We were so comfortable and would definitely stay there again if we visit Mahón.

Jardi des Bruixes provided a lovely room in the adjoining Spa building, excellent helpful welcoming staff, great breakfasts and a fabulous subterranean Spa that offers some discounted rates for four or more night stays. Truly a five star boutique hotel on a quiet one way street that kept eluding us on our rented scooter in the one way maze that is Mahon. It is close to all the restaurants ( book ahead) and shops and there is a large public car park a four minute walk away and scooter parking close by. It was only a 20 minute ride to the start of the small hidden beaches and crystal clear water to the south. Punta Prima beach is not recommended and very touristy/crowded.

A very minor niggle - the sugar lump size bars of soap.

Large beautiful room. Great outdoor terrace. Gorgeous outdoor courtyard for breakfast. Lovely friendly staff. Quiet street close to all amenities.

Reception area was not in keeping with the bedroom and outdoor breakfast area. When we first arrived I thought we had made the wrong choice it was basic and looked cheaply decorated. No need for wood burner fireplaces the hotel makes a feature of them but they don’t have a place in the beautiful rooms. Maybe made the wrong choice of time for our visit. It was fiesta time which we did enjoy to an extent but the whole town closed down and you can only eat so many bratwurst from the travelling stalls as most restaurants were closed. As the hotel doesn’t offer restaurant facilities for evening meals a larger fridge in the room would be useful to store snacks

Extremelyyyy clean, and I am a germaphobe so I know what clean is. First hotel in years to feel like I can lie comfortably in bed. Hotel really pretty too and very central in Mahon. Very large rooms. Would come again.
