The facilities like the rooms, the nature and the animals walking freely through the hotel was an amazing experience
I have mixed feelings for this hotel. Indeed, the hotel was nice, but the price for the stay in comparison to the value received is not there at all.
In addition, it was so complicated to communicate in English with the staff at the hotel ( it should not be the case for such price per night)
Finally, the bill paid at the restaurant, was outrageous (ex. more than 20 USD for two 0.5l plastic bottles of water)

Great property other than swimming pool and spa facilities. No sauna or steam unless you are taking a massage etc. also only one pool which is small and really crowded and noisy at all times with children.
The swimming pool and spa facilities for the pool side. No changing rooms by the pool and the activities we wanted to do were not available. Could have had more food choices.
