Nitsa Guest House

This house was perfectly located just a couple blocks from the Stalin museum, so perfect location. Leah, the host, was the sweetest lady and felt more like a mother than a host. She felt like the definition of Georgian hospitality. The bed was very comfy and everything was neat, tidy and cozy. I 100% recommend this place!

The owner was very nice and polite. We didn't have dinner, but others did, and it looked great. Amazing location. Close to the Stalin Museum.

I think this accommodation just wasn't for us. It seemed like you were living with the host and using their bathrooms and kitchen. The downstairs light was on for a long time because the owner was sitting in the living room. We could not sleep. Also, the doors to almost all rooms are very noisy.

Lia is a great host, she was always friendly and welcoming and even helped me getting to Kutaisi! The room was clean and comfortable. The position is also perfect, a quiet and beautiful street close to the city center. I could even do my laundry for a very good price! The best guesthouse I have ever been to :)

Out of all the hotels and guesthouses we did on pur 2 week road trip, this was by far the most memorable stay we had. A house full of art energy, decoration so eccletic and yet so harmonious. A confortable appartement where you feel at home with all the functionnal accomadations you would expect. Kitchenette, bathroom, washing machine, balcony etc.. Yet all this is not the best part, the best part is the host. A charming women, artist in heart and soul that makes you feel like a family member. The small unexpected extra at breakfast I will not spoil.. I'll just say it has nothing to do with food. A hint: The piano you see at the breakfast table.. enjoy your stay and Mama Lia a big hug when you leave
