Polite staff, good restaurant on the ground floor and good breakfast.
Bathroom could be renovated, especially the shower and toilet. Beds could have better linens.

we ended up not staying because my partner lost his documents with the uber and we went through a super stressful situation trying to get it back.
Police officers around, etc.
the staff were so fantastic and understanding, really helped us.
Francisco and Anderson, thank you so much, I feel bad for all the hassle we caused but they were absolutely amazing.

clean and good room.
pool on roff top was not clean and commenting this in reception was answered with “I don’t know what to do about it” which make me say “then you should imagine me, I don’t work here”
lots of noise sounded like something being dragged on the floor above us or construction of some sort.
