The service from all the staff was exceptional, not just at the front desk, but wherever and whenever they encountered you on the property. One Russian lady in particular was very helpful, even when I mislaid my room card. The rooms were spectatular, with bath, etc. and the shower had good pressure. The beds were lovely.

One small thing, which I noticed they were rectifying the day I left. The main pool by the bar was not clean at all, perhaps there had been some weather event or something. However, I swam in another pool in the complex which was fine.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Karon Beach was absolute perfection from start to finish. The resort's location is unbeatable—just across from the white sands of Karon Beach, surrounded by lush tropical gardens, spacious resort pools, and pristine, comfortable rooms. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional hospitality, specifically from MJ and Lubov. MJ greeted us with constant warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring every detail of our stay went smoothly and sharing incredible recommendations for exploring Phuket. Lubov was equally outstanding—attentive, gracious, and genuinely dedicated to making sure we had everything we needed for a flawless vacation. Their personal touch and warm service made us feel truly valued.

Staff is exceptional, booking is very good value for money. Highly recommended.

Some part of facilities were a bit worn out.

Black Tea was missing.

I had booked a standard double room and upon arrival they mentioned that all double rooms are full and gave me a villa on ground floor which was not my requirement. Swimming pool was not so clean compared to the property in Patong where I stayed earlier.
