Exceptional staff as usual (this is my second stay there) and very welcoming. They remembered me and welcomed me by name. Everyone is so amazing in dealing with my needs as a queer traveler
Nothing to hate

Very close to the centre. Big hotel. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds.
I wouldn’t say this hotel was dirty. But there was a few spots in my room that were stained that I wish were changed. My couch had some stains on there, the bath had a dark streak running through the bottom of it, and the toilet seat needed a refresh.

Water dripping along the corridors when raining
Long walk from reception
Not clean
Check in only at 14:00, even the hotel was not fully booked
