Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable, loved the eco friendly vibe and jazz connection . Staff friendly and efficient.
A 20 minute walk to the old town, I was with family but wouldn't have wanted to walk this on my own as a female, slightly unsafe vibe near hotel.

Great location close to all public transport. It felt more like a hostal than a hotel however, the bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. We ate in the jazz restaurant which was fab and made an excellent evening without having to travel. Would thoroughly recommend it.
I found the room a bit tatty and didn't like the carpet.

The staff were very polite, friendly, and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located close to public transport, which made getting around very easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily stay here again!

Very kind and helpful staff. All the people at the reception have responded more than adequately to our questions and requests.
Very small and uncomfortable room, at least the one we had. Very few amenities. There was no fridge in the room nor wardrobe, just a rail with few hangers, that were not at proper height for longer clothes. Overall, I wouldn't say it was bad, but I wouldn't it recommend it either.
