Apartmenthaus zum Trillen Basel City Center

The property is very centrally located. 4min walk to the trams, 2 great restaurants right at the door step and many more in the vicinity of it. Easy to access, smooth self check in process , amazing host Maria and team. Super clean, very comfortable mattress, MW, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities , TV and a fan if you need one. I did 🙂. The surrounding and near by area felt very safe for a solo female tourist even at evening. The only minus I can point into is that no property at old town Basel has air conditioning. It didn’t bother me but could be an issue during the Summer months. Thank you Maria for going over and beyond to make my stay amazing. Looking forward to our next meeting.

Wonderful place in the heart of Basel, extremely clean, quiet, perfectly situated for everything - walks, public transport, easily accessible from both airport and railway station. Still be aware that there is small uphill walk from the tram to the hotel. On top of that and one of the best part of the place is the lady in the reception - extremely friendly and helpful, a wonderful person. Happy to have met you, dear Maria!

The apartment is clean.

The location is great for pedestrians, but it's not accessible by private car, only by taxis. Morning truck deliveries create noticeable noise, and cooking smells from the restaurant downstairs are quite strong. Additionally, the female staff member I spoke with on the phone came across as somewhat rude.
