It is clean and quiet.

Not value for money. Not realistic photos. The photos are misleading. The room (family suite) is advertised as an en suite room and the listing gives the impression that all areas shown are private. In reality, only the bedroom is private. The “living area” is essentially an open balcony/terrace on the ground or first floor. Most importantly, to access the bathroom you have to leave the bedroom and walk through this exposed outdoor area. This is not mentioned anywhere in the listing and significantly affected my stay. After making the reservation, the main contact is a USA phone number that is not very responsive and is not based on the property. Even for basic questions, they refer you to the on-site staff. Even if you need sth before your arrival. The family running the hotel is lovely and welcoming, but not particularly professional. I checked in before my room was ready, and they kindly offered to move my backpack into the room once it became available. However, when I returned later in the night, my backpack was still left unattended at the outdoor reception area, which wouldn’t be a big deal if my passport wasn’t inside there. If you plan to have breakfast, expect to wait around an hour. The selection is very limited and simple, although the food itself is tasty.
