The location, cleanliness and everything

I was concerned about the sprinkler and I had to go to the shower room to do my hair

The bed was hard, that's not always a terrible thing everyone has their own preference. Everything was very clean and tidy even the shared toilets

Loved the room, the set up was amazing. Lovely furnishings and the projector to watch movies in your bed plus the lighting options were good

Can hear EVERYTHING through the walls. Unfortunately there were a number of Indian residents walking up and down the first and second floors and down the hallways, yelling at each other, talking loudly, moving furniture scraping it on floors and making a lot of noise until at least 12am. I had to be up at 4am to be at the hospital around the corner for surgery at 6am and it made it hard to get to sleep

Location is good, only a 30 minute walk to the Opera House (you can wapk through the botanical garden which is gorgeous). The staff is incredibly nice. Checking in is also really easy no matter what time you arrive. The beds are comfortable and really pretty and cozy.

I would really recommend not to book the rooms with the "views"/windows because the windows are made of paper and you can hear everything. Or get earplugs because they are much needed as it is a very busy road. They did offer to change my room when I mentioned it but I just wouldn't bother paying extra for a window. Get the view on the wall. Considering how incredible Sydney is, you'll never be in your room anyways.
