Auténtico Hotel

We had an enjoyable stay. The pool area was lovely and a great place to relax with birds tweeting around, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of choice. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped, and we particularly liked having the coffee machine. The staff were generally very helpful and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The 20% off dinner voucher was a great help after a long day of travelling, the food in the restaurant was good for the type of hotel. I did feel it was good value for money and it was easy to get Ubers to and from there so not a bad location, especially for the airport.

The main downside was the noise. The room was advertised as being soundproofed, but unfortunately this was not our experience at all. We could hear a lot of traffic from outside as well as noise from other guests, including conversations from the bar area and relentless screaming from children in the pool as our room overlooked it. While the level of noise itself wasn’t necessarily beyond what you might expect in a hotel, the fact that the room was specifically advertised as soundproofed was misleading and was a real disappointment as I’m a light sleeper.

I really enjoyed my two nights stay here. I was really pleased with my room which had twin beds. The bathroom was large and clean and a nice addition was the coffee machine and hot and cold water available from a machine. When I arrived, the reception staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. An easy couple of minute walk to the supermarket and I used Uber to get around .

Breakfast was AMAZING! Dinner also WONDERFUL! Room was immaculate. Various types of pillows for everyone’s taste.

The hotel itself was nice. Free parking. Cute pool area

The rooms were dirty, toilet was broken both the seat and flush. Beds were hard and overall just not nice. Didn’t look like the pictures
