The hotel was fantastic. Very clean, lovely staff, a coffee shop in the lobby. The rooms are a great size and the bed very comfy. We had a great stay. The location has everything you could possibly need. A great stay, we loved it!

Good cafe
Had the room with tatamis (flat bed on the floor). It was too thin and uncomfortable.

The reception is placed at the 3rd floor which is away from the norm. This makes it feel more private as no one gets to know your coming ins and your going outs😄 The reception staff were professional and nice!
The location is in the CBD. Everything is close by especially restaurants thus giving you a good Korean experience. The property has a handy coffee shop on the ground floor.
The room was spacious
The bed was a little uncomfortable and woke up achy every morning

The location was okay, close to subway and shopping, plenty of eateries nearby.
The breakfast would have to be one of the worst buffet breakfasts I have ever had. There were very few non Asian options, other than cereal, bacon and bread, and even that was minimal as they weren’t replenishing things fast enough.
