Good and clean bathroom. Around the corner the airport bus goes frequently, nice surroundings.

I only could book a 12 mix dorm while the other rooms looked more attractive but were only for families, very strange (??). So I ended up in a dark room without windows full of men who didn't look like travellers and seemed to be longtermers. The beds were in blocks that offered privacy but looked camp like. It was very uncomfortable getting on the upper bed, open space so little grip and slippery stairs. Not very safe. What a relief to leave early for the airport, and I don't recommend this room for single female travellers.

Location is good, right by the smaller of the two stations. Rooms are quite well set up so there’s still an element of privacy. Bed was relatively comfortable. Nice bar downstairs.

Showers and toilets really weren’t the most appealing. Lockers are a bit pointless because they’re too narrow.

Nie rozumiem negatywnych komentarzy. To nie jest luksusowy hotel, tylko miejsce w "kapsule" w sali wieloosobowej ze wspólną łazienką. Niemniej jednak jest tam schludnie i czysto. Jedyny minus to konieczność samodzielnego pościelenia, co przy późnym zameldowaniu jest problematyczne, nie tyle dla mnie, co dla pozostałych osób w pokoju - tego nie da się zrobić bezszelestnie :-|

Numer telefonu podany na drzwiach jest błędny - brakuje w nim jednego zera (0).

Pre-check-in communication was automated, but good; gsve the impression someone was listening and responding to shared information. Location and free WiFi. The particular booking I got may be good accommodation style for young students or people travelling on serious budgets. Eindhoven is a beautiful safe city. StayOK is located in a relatively central area.

Despite informing of my very early arrival, no one was there to open the door/pick call by indicated phone line, for my check-in at around 04h00AM and the calls went to no response. Got in almost an hour later. Once I checked in aroun 05h00, I was informed that it would be too early to shower, which I did respect but all day, night and next morning, there were people showering at odd times, with doors opening and closing irregularly. No windows in the room of 16 people and no privacy. Sleeping in "pigeon holes" wasn't what I expected; thankfully I booked only two nights of the entire stay. I had almost no interaction with the staff, beyond the check-in point. Even when I greeted as I passed the reception area, I got no response. Most interesting check out also, not being noticed at all. Did not take the breakfast option, so I cannot comment on that. It's not a bad place; it's just not for me.
