Location was very nice.
It's a quite old (perhaps historic) building, so I would expect some idiosynchracies.

Really nice hotel right in the middle of the historical centre of the city. They converted the old building into a magnificent hotel where rooms and bathrooms are equipped with all needed facilities while maintaining the old style of the building. Highly recommended

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room had air conditioning. The shower was good too. The location is close to the cathedral, perfect. Checking in and out was very easy. We enjoyed our stay.
No complaints. We could hear some noises from the hallway, but that is to be expected.

The location and bed itself was nice.
The staff were helpful when asked over what's app but offsite
The bedroom looked pretty but smelled of mould, which w a s disappointing after finishing the Camino where I planned to rest for a day.
The shower drain was blocked until I saw the accommodation host who put chemicals down it.
The staff are helpful but offsite so any assistance is required over what'sapp and response times could be quicker. I had trouble booking a taxi to the airport and ended up with two in the morning due to a miscommunication.
I wouldn't stay again primarily due to the mould smell.
