Katherine is such an effusive, hospitable host blessed with a beautiful accent too! Despite our late check in , we were warmly welcomed and given the necessary information.
We had gone for a marathon and the icing on the cake was allowing us to come back after the event, to freshen up way past our check out time as well as utilize and unused guest bathroom.

It was just out of town and quiet.
Clean bedding
Very tight for 3 sleepers.
The Happy Hippo unit's interior needs attention - it is worn down.
The photo as advertised did not meet my expectations.
