Location was good and staff - excellent.

Could do better with air con at restaurant and guest area. Also with this modern age should do better with your TV and channels. Loke have option to be able to play Netflix, YouTube etc. right now TV channels too old fashioned

Staff, receptionists are friendly and quick to handle complaints. Clean room, spacious parking.

Breakfast was satisfying, with a variety of dishes and great taste. The hotel provided an good experience from start to finish, with warm and professional staff ensuring a seamless check-in and attentive service throughout the stay, while the spacious and elegantly designed rooms offered a comfort with plush bedding, modern amenities, and a peaceful atmosphere for restful sleep; facilities such as the swimming pool, relaxing spa, well-equipped fitness center, and the location proved ideal—close to major attractions, shopping areas, and safe transport options—making the stay both practical and enjoyable.

the slow Wi-Fi; despite being advertised as high-speed, the connection often lagged, making it difficult to stream, join video calls, or even browse smoothly, which was frustrating for both leisure and business purposes—an area that definitely needs improvement to match the otherwise high standards of the property.

Air con in room was not working, so had to cha ge room. Bed was hard.
