The Esplanade Hotel by Compass Hospitality

Once we were moved to another room we had a nice stay . The location was good . Having a dartboard and snooker table was lovely for us . Drinks in bar reasonable price.

The first room there was a huge what we think coffee stain on the floor by the bed , pubic hair on the floor , no water pressure in shower and toilet didn't flush and lift not working . But they sorted things out moved us to a lovely room .

The staff were fabulous so friendly and helpful easy check in and check out Good location and view

Rooms need a bit of a touch up paint and carpets TV didn't work too well then it was on WiFi so programmes kept getting stuck bed was a bit lumpy shower not very strong , water pressure overall not good but maybe something can't be helped breakfast wasn't great we are in the dog bit that wasn't set up for breakfast , coffee was just sachet, sausages thick skinned and tough , toast and butter yummy mushrooms ,eggs beans tasty too definitely need different coffee and milk option s Kept running out of toilet roll but was given it when asked but would prefer enough to be in there you don't have to keep asking

Location, nice bar area

our room was very hot and above the kitchen so no sleep as they were banging around at 5am so get any room thats not 121 or around that number 😂
