Palm Court Hotel

The warm welcome at reception! The room was lovely, very clean and all set up for our family. The bathroom modern and the shower was excellent. The food was outstanding, we went for the Sunday roast I would highly recommend! We visited stonehaven and the castle both a short car journey. The scenery was amazing, we had a great day for it! Thankyou so much for having us.

The only thing I would say is I lay in the pull out bed that our daughter slept in and it wasn’t very comfortable but was fine for my 4 year old as she’s small.

Tired & shabby hallways and carpets. Paper thin walls and listening to snoring all might from the adjacent room. Finally, the reception staff were wooden and unaware of how to interact with guests. For instance, no eye contact or smile during check in & out. No 'good morning ' offered when arriving at reception to check out. Instead, the 3 girls appeared put out that their conversation had been interrupted by my presence. I've stayed at the Palm Court a number of times and it wasn't always this way
